is a national speaker, dramatist, blogger and author based in western North Carolina whose passion is to connect people to God and each other. She has contributed to over ten books including numerous devotional Bibles. As the author of several original one-woman dramas, Maggie has traveled extensively throughout the United States and abroad speaking at outreach programs, conferences, community events and retreats. She holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Wheaton College (IL) in education, communications and biblical studies.
 
Maggie’s first book as a solo author, This Life We Share, was a finalist for the 2021 ECPA Christian Book award in the New Author category. Her second, Life is Sweet, Y'all, recently released from Tyndale House. Maggie and her husband, Mike, have three adult children and six grandchildren. She loves hiking, mountain dancing, and books but mostly she loves people.
